As President, Blake helps lead the Association in it's aim for safe and small business friendly hemp regulations, having advocated for hemp legislation in Louisiana since 2017.
He is the CEO of Cypress Hemp, one of Louisiana's first hemp companies, now a national brand.
Cynthia Cabrera
Board Member
Founder
Cynthia's experience in hemp lobbying and advocacy on the state and national level brings invaluable knowledge to the Board.
She is the Chief Strategy Officer for Hometown Hero, a consumable hemp product manufacturer. She also serves on the Board of the National Hemp Industry Association.
Rashad Hamideh
Secretary / Treasurer
Founder
As Secretary/Treasurer, Rashad is responsible for keeping the Associations records in order and reporting on the financial affairs of the Association to the Members and the Board .
He is the Owner of Frosty's, a manufacturer and distributor of consumable hemp products.
Kegan Marcelle
Board Member
Kegan was recently appointed by our board to the Louisiana Industrial Hemp Promotion and Research Advisory Board to help make sure your voice is heard.
He leads Southern Hemp Distribution, a Louisiana-based manufacturer and distribution company.
