The Legislature closed the session on June 8th and did not pass any new hemp laws.  

​

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is expected to issue new rules on consumable hemp products and has scheduled a zoom meeting for 10am on June 14th to discuss the next steps for hemp products.
